How we pack, ship, and stand behind what we make.
Shipping
Every order is inspected and packed by hand before it ships.
Orders under $60 ship for a flat $6.95. Orders of $60 or more ship free.
Returns
Everything we make is a personal-care product, so we can't accept returns or exchanges. Once your order reaches you, there's no way to know how an item has been opened, stored or handled, so anything sent back would have to be thrown away. That's why all sales are final.
We do stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out through our contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
