Shipping
Every order is inspected and packed by hand before it ships. Free shipping is offered on orders over $60.
Returns
Because everything we make is a personal-care product — our bars are notched open on the back and none of our products carry a seal — we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Any item that comes back has to be thrown away, so all sales are final.
We do stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out through our contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
