I mean reasons :) All of our soaps weigh approximately 5 ounces. ( Excludes Shampoo Bars) All soap are individually boxed and labeled. Make sure to make a selection for each bar upon checkout! The Soap: Our cold process soaps are made of coconut and olive oil. They are made in small batches of around 50 bars. The oils create a lot of lather, are gentle on the skin, and will leave you feeling clean all over. We never use artificial colorants, parabens, petroleum, silicone, SLS, musks, phthalates, or other such nasties in any of our creations. To ensure your soap will last as long as possible, please allow it to air dry between uses. (think of it as a fine wine, it needs to breathe.) IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS: If you subscribe to a 10 Bar Deal we are unable to edit your selections once you have subscribed as that option is currently not offered on Squarespace. If you want to change what soaps you are getting, the only option is to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe with your new selections when you need soap again. Our Cinnamon and Spice soap is made of everything nice! Cinnamon, Allspice and Nutmeg mixed with essential oils of Clove and Rosemary. The spices used in this soap give it a level of mild to medium exfoliation. This bar is great for scrubbing dirty hands or removing rough or dry skin. It also smells good enough to eat, but we don’t recommend it! With our Tallow Soaps, we built upon our already great soap recipe and modified it to include Grass-Fed Beef Tallow! This means that not only will you experience the amazing lather and cleaning abilities of our classic soap blend, but you will also get all the amazing benefits that tallow has to offer. Some of those benefits include the high nutrient content with vitamins A, D, E, K and Niacin, that will leave your skin feeling nourished and ultra moisturized. The Scent: Farmer's Friend is the soap you need for the dirtiest jobs. This soap is loaded with pumice to remove all that dirt and grime after a hard days work. It also contains Orange and Lemon essential oil to cut through grease and gives this soap a light citrus scent that you're sure to enjoy. This one is highly exfoliating! This soap smells like you just walked into your favorite coffee shop! It's made with our favorite coffee, Squirrelly Joe's. We use a very strong brew of Squirrelly Joe's Athena's Blonde roast and add some of the spent grounds to the bar for mild exfoliation. The fragrance is that of a dark roast coffee with hints of chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut and a touch of sweetness. We swirled this bar with activated charcoal and bentonite clay to give the soap some detoxing benefits as well. If you haven't tried Squirelly Joe's coffee yet... you need to. It makes great soap but it's also the best tasting coffee we've ever had. He's a fellow Christian and his love for Christ shows in everything he does. The Scent and Special Properties: This bar is so fresh and energizing! This may be one of the best "eye-openers" we've ever made. The fresh peppermint and tea tree essential oils are just the thing to wake you... and your brain up in the morning. (We've added some extra goodies to this bar because frankly, we don't believe in moderation when it comes to a great thing. ) The top layer contains poppy seeds and crushed peppermint leaves for mild exfoliation. Peppermint and Tea Tree essential oils are both traditionally used to care for dry skin, acne and a host of other skin issues. As with almost all of our soap, this one also contains Bentonite clay. It is such a powerful toxin grabbing beast of a clay that we LOVE to use it! It lends a silky feel to the soap and your skin, without over drying.
